Our shipping methods are designed to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your ghost hunting equipment. We take great care in packaging your items to protect them during transit. Additionally, our shipping costs are transparent, and we aim to provide the best value for your shipping needs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At KJKProducts, every device is carefully handmade, tested, and packaged with care to ensure quality and reliability. Because each product is custom-built, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there’s an issue with the product when it arrives.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange if the item was damaged during shipment or if it arrives defective or not working properly. If that happens, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order using the contact form on our website. Be sure to include clear photos or a short video showing the problem so we can help right away.
Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the defective product. We’ll also cover the return shipping cost, since it’s not your fault. A replacement will be sent as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.
When the Buyer Is Responsible
If the item was dropped, damaged after use, or shows signs of misuse, the repair costs and return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. KJKProducts also reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if it’s clear the item was broken or damaged after arrival.
No Tampering Policy
Each device is sealed with a glued lid to protect the internal electronics and ensure long-lasting performance. Please do not attempt to open, remove, or tamper with the lid — doing so can cause permanent damage and may affect how the device works.
If there are any signs of tampering or the lid being removed, this will void all warranties and exchange eligibility immediately. We understand curiosity, but opening the device can cause issues that may not show up right away, so it’s best to leave it sealed.
Final Notes
Exchanges are only offered for the same model or an equivalent replacement.
KJKProducts covers shipping costs for approved exchanges, but not for customer-caused damage or repairs.
